Teresa Attaway
Whether you're buying your first home, selling the one you've loved for years, relocating across the state, or navigating one of life's unexpected transitions, you deserve someone who will protect your interests, communicate honestly, and guide you to the closing table with confidence. That's exactly what I strive to do for every client.
I first earned my real estate license in 1997 and returned to the profession in 2015 with one goal—to be the kind of REALTOR® I wish I'd had during my own home-buying experience. I believe the right home—and the right buyer—find each other. It's a lot like falling in love...when you know, you know. My job isn't to convince you to buy or sell. It's to provide honest advice, clear communication, and steady guidance so you can make the best decisions for yourself and your family.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping first-time home buyers, growing families, military and corporate relocations, sellers preparing for their next chapter, and clients navigating probate and divorce sales. No two transactions are alike, and no two clients are either. My approach is simple: listen first, communicate often, and always put my clients' best interests ahead of everything else.
Before real estate, I managed business operations, owned a small business, and worked for Publix, where exceptional customer service is simply the standard. Those experiences taught me that details matter, communication matters, and doing what you say you'll do still means something.
A Georgia native, I'm proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Central and South Georgia. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our blended family, planning our next road trip, reading a good book, adding to my elephant collection, or hanging out with our Rottweiler, Daisy.
